About shotgun house roasters
Shotgun House Coffee Roasters opened to fawning fans on April 15th, 2018. Tucked away inside Warehouse 5 - a longtime sewing factory turned multi-suite creative space - Shotgun House Roasters is a hidden gem on San Antonio's near Westside. Equipped with a San Fransiscan SF-6, we proudly roast and package specialty coffee on-site and offer a full lineup of espresso drinks, teas, breakfast tacos, and pastries.
On March 25th, 2019, Shotgun House Roasters - SoFlo opened as a companion coffee shop to our nearby Westside roastery. Located in the vibrant Southtown neighborhood, SHR SoFlo is the perfect place to grab a coffee, listen to some records, or peruse our library in the dimly lit back study. Both of our locations - while worlds apart aesthetically - were thoughtfully designed to enhance the customer experience. We hope to see you at one or both shops soon.
